I am an intuitive designer who leads with empathy and passion. My neurodivergence (ADHD and dyslexia) gives me an unique advantage to be able to see the big picture and problem solve in a way that others may overlook. I love to be hands-on, whether it be crafting, sketching ideas on a whiteboard, observing users in their own environment, or facilitating design thinking exercises to help collaborate and iterate on designs and solutions. I am incredibly passionate about creating, fostering, and designing inclusive and accessible experiences. There is a huge misconception that beautiful designs cannot be accessible, but a good user experience does not exclude users based on their abilities, accessibility benefits all.
